French Onion Pastry Puffs

I like simple recipes and this one fit the bill. The French Onion Pastry Puffs on page 36 are delicious!

I originally bought Phyllo Dough thinking it was the same but they did not work so had to repurchase the *correct* dough and try again :).

These are great the next day as well. I heated up the left overs for about a minute and they were just as delish!
