I like easy recipes. Since I've found quick and easy sauce recipes I rarely buy jarred sauce any longer. I try to keep some tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes on hand along with various types of pasta for "quick payday is still days away" meals.
In flipping through the book I came across the Pasta Arrabbiata on page 195. It was a simple recipe and I had all the ingredients on hand already.
You can use any type of bite sized pasta I used Rotini for mine. The only thing I would change in making it again would be to up the red pepper flakes. The sauce is GREAT as is but I just like a bit more fire :).
